Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Director (Crypto & Digital
Assets).
Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate tax compliance, reporting, and filings, including
income tax and indirect tax
Oversee tax implications of web3 transactions and support global
tax planning efforts
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance tax processes and
controls
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
5+ years of international and corporate tax experience, preferably
with Big 4 experience
Extensive knowledge of international tax matters
Prior experience in crypto accounting
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
