Job Description:
A company is looking for a Multi-Client Bookkeeper (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly transactions for clients in QuickBooks Online,
ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines
Prepare and file payroll and sales tax returns
Manage accounts payable and receivable for multiple clients
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in bookkeeping, with a focus on client management
in an accounting environment
Expertise in QuickBooks Online is required, along with proficiency
in Word, Excel, and other relevant software
Experience managing multiple clients and balancing varied tasks
while maintaining accuracy
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work
independently and meet deadlines
