A company is looking for a Chief Accounting Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal
controls for accurate financial reporting
Lead the accounting operations team and ensure the integrity of
financial data
Collaborate with senior leaders to execute the company's financial
strategy and provide insights on financial performance
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
required
15-20 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5 years
in a senior leadership role
Strong experience in managing accounting operations and compliance
in a publicly traded company
Deep knowledge of GAAP, SEC regulations, and proficiency in
accounting software
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across
regions
