A company is looking for a Senior Podcast Producer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage show production schedules, workflows, and team members to
ensure timely and high-quality delivery
Research, develop, and produce podcast episodes from conception to
publishing
Identify and secure guests for podcasts and create engaging
promotional content
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in producing and growing a weekly podcast
or digital video brand, preferably in finance or crypto
Proven track record in a Senior Producer role, managing production
teams and schedules
Active engagement with crypto narratives and trends
Experience in content growth strategy and audience development
Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze data for
performance measurement
