Application Development and Technology Product Manager for
Statistics, you will be responsible for ensuring that application
development lifecycle activities including architecture, design,
development, testing, and implementation are performed to a high
standard and follow Agile methodologies. In your role as the
Technology Product Manager for Statistics, you will be called upon
to help drive the technology vision that best enables the
Statistics business strategies. In partnership with the digital
product manager, you will be responsible for devising the technical
enablers that are part of a holistic technical and feature roadmap.
You will also be responsible for working with the shared service
providers to prioritize and sequence the implementation of platform
enhancements necessary for the Statistics products. You will be
called upon to be a servant leader that ensures there is a clear
runway to ensure development teams are able to deliver high quality

- Collaborate with product partners on priorities, minimally
viable product (MVP) scope, schedules, budget, risks, etc.
- Build strong strategic partnerships with business and
technology partners
- Identify customer needs, secures commitments, and supervise
progress of work you're doing from internal and external service
provider teams
- Craft technology vision and ensure information technology adds
the maximum value to customers
- Structure engineering teams to deliver high quality solutions
in a dynamic environment
- Provide overall leadership for the development and
implementation of integrated, multi-functional business technology
solutions
- Build and lead a high-performing team while mentoring and
developing staff members to improve their potential
- Lead improvement of processes that impact customer satisfaction
and relationships.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business
Management or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant IT and business work experience with
expert knowledge of one process/service
- 7+ years of leading development resources and managing/leading
teams
- Foundational knowledge and expertise with Cloud, Data, and
emerging AI strategies
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations and data
requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and
evaluation criteria for obtaining results
- Leads multiple IT processes within one or more functional
area
- Ability to write clear and concise technical documents,
including design documents, specifications and technology
roadmaps
- Deep understanding of technology-driven businesses, including
technical components and modern application development
processes
- Advanced experience using agile methodologies to develop and
deliver products
- Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card Holder with the intent to
become a US CitizenBase Salary Range Sr. Manager, App Dev: Min:
$181,600 - Mid: $235,900 - Max: $290,200 (Location: San
Francisco)Final salary and offer will be determined by the
applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and
alignment with geographic and other market data.We offer a
