Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Manager, Tax.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly and year-end ASC 740 tax provisions and SEC
disclosures
Oversee federal, state, local, and foreign income tax compliance
and returns
Manage projects supporting tax compliance and coordinate with
external auditors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required
Five+ years of professional tax experience related to publicly-held
companies
Strong technical background in tax accounting under ASC 740
Experience with tax return and provision software, preferably
OneSource
