Job Description:
Our client is a start-up on a mission to improve the health and
longevity of humans via bioengineering! This company develops cell
therapy for patient treatment and is looking to hire an Executive
Assistant who will also be responsible for Personal Assistant and
Office Manager duties.
- Location: 100% onsite, San Francisco, CA 94105
- Pay: $85,000 - $110,000
- Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Type: Contract to HireResponsibilities:
- Executive Assistant Duties - 50%
- Manage business calendar, scheduling appointments, proofreading
documents, screening phone calls, meeting logistics and other
duties as needed.
- Personal Assistant Duties - 20%
- Support scheduling for personal appointments, travel
arrangements, personal milestones and additional personal planning
as needed.
- Office Management Duties - 30%
- Open office at 7:30 am, start coffee, manage office cleanliness
(trash, dishwasher, etc), schedule facility maintenance, order
supplies, restock kitchen, arrange birthday celebrations, event
planning and other office support duties as needed.Skills:
