Added - 12/11/24 Marketing Coordinator Marketing/Branding San Francisco, California - FreelanceAds & Promotions OperationsThe Sage Group's client, a beloved tech delivery company, is seeking a detail-oriented, highly motivated individual to join the Ad Operations Team.In this role, you'll collaborate with the Partnership Marketing, Business Development, and Enterprise Sales teams to support marketing programs and campaigns to promote and celebrate unique relationships with partners within new verticals, Convenience and grocery stores, and some other retail. These programs will accelerate acquisition, activation, and loyalty across all the company's audiences. This role will manage the day-to-day operations of Ads & Promotions efforts, including promotion and in-app banner set up, creation of marketing assets, campaign performance reporting, and more. • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams on execution of marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain campaign documentation including campaign overviews, internal calendars, and status documents for cross-functional reference
• Project manage all aspects of a campaign across internal teams of creative, media, operations, and product
• Own the preparation and execution of campaign tactics: promotions, in-app banners, emails, and customer lists
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and create regular internal and partner-facing reportsWhat you should bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1-3 years' experience in ad trafficking, campaign management within an advertising agency, consumer brand or tech company
  • Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
  • Experience in basic marketing analytics
  • Creative sense and good design taste
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Excel or Google Sheets; Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and Index functions
  • Bilingual; French speaking a very big plus
  • Experience with SQL or Figma a strong plusDuration: This is a long-term contract (6-12mo with the likelihood of extending 1+ years)Location: Fully remote, west coast or central time zone requiredCompensation: $40-44 hourly DOE, w-2
