A company is looking for a Demand Generation & Marketing
Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Lead global email communications and design automated email
workflows for targeted campaigns
Oversee marketing automation and CRM management, enhancing customer
engagement through data segmentation and personalization
Manage and optimize marketing tools and analytics to track KPIs and
improve campaign performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field
3+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with
Marketo
Strong knowledge of database management and email marketing
platforms
Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
Solid project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks
efficiently
