Job Description:
A company is looking for an Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Lead
to drive customer growth through marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Drive customer growth through cross-sell and upsell initiatives
using email and in-product messaging
Standardize email and in-product touchpoints to ensure consistent
messaging across marketing and post-sales teams
Collaborate with various teams to test and optimize messaging
strategies that engage customers effectively
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Lifecycle Marketing experience, with at least 3 years
in B2B customer retention
Expertise in omni-channel campaign development, execution, and
measurement
Experience with customer communication platforms such as Intercom,
Pendo, or Chameleon
Proficient in marketing automation systems like Hubspot/Marketo and
project management tools like Asana
Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for
strategy development
