position is $103,700 - $129,600. Off-scale salaries and other

system-wide salary at the designated rank and step) are offered
when necessary to meet competitive conditions.

Position description
The University of California, Merced, invites applications for a
tenure-track Assistant Professor position in the Department of
Bioengineering in the areas of prosthetics, bionics, regenerative
medicine, or biomedical devices, broadly defined. This position is
anticipated to start on July 1, 2025. We seek innovative and
