creative Senior Sales Engineer (pre-sales) to join our team at
Copy.ai!As Sales Engineer, you'll be the technical lead for our
customers, guiding them to successfully design and implement GTM
AI's solutions. Collaborating closely with our sales, product, and
engineering teams, you will play a key role in driving adoption.
The ideal candidate thrives on solving complex technical
challenges, enjoys building strong relationships with customers,
and is passionate about shaping the future of AI. You'll also have
the opportunity to work with some of the world's most renowned
Fortune 500 companies such as ThermoFisher, Lenovo, Gartner, and
Stanley Black & Decker.What you'll do:
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to our customers,
understanding their challenges and designing tailored solutions
using Marqo's technology.
- Collaborate with the other GTM teams including sales and
marketing to identify customer needs and define technical
requirements.
- Discover and develop new use cases for clients that will add
value, POCs, and foster greater adoption of our platform, and
ultimately, grow accounts.
- Actively engage with existing customers for introductions to
other groups within their organizations, and effectively pitch the
capabilities of for those other groups.
- Utilize your technical expertise and creativity to develop
customized solutions to help customers overcome challenges and
maximize the use of our platform.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive
communication, issue resolution, and seeking feedback for further
improvement.
- Collaborate with the product team to gather insights from
customers, building a feedback loop to inform the development of
new features and improvements.About you:
- 5+ years of experience in a sales engineering, or a similar
customer-facing role in a SaaS or technology organization.
- 2+ years of AI sales engineering experience.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and
adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable
with presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Creative problem solver who can identify customer needs and
develop tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
