Job Description:

A company is looking for a Junior Databricks Support Engineer/Operator.

Key Responsibilities

Provide essential support for the Databricks platform and related cloud infrastructure
Respond to user inquiries and perform initial troubleshooting of issues
Manage and document support tickets using Jira or ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
