The incumbent will work in the office, or at a client site, 2 days/week, and work from home 3 days/week.What You Will be Doing:As a Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer at Interface, you will be taking ownership as a discipline leader on multiple projects. Your duties will include, but may not be limited to:

• Innovative and complex electrical system design
• Meeting and consulting with clients
• Providing guidance to design staff
• Supporting overall project management to our MEP team leaders.To Qualify for Application:The successful Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer candidate should have:
  • BSEE
  • 10+ years' experience in MEP design/consulting
  • Team leadership/management experience
  • Project Management Experience in the MEP space
  • High-energy client services skills
  • Excellent communication ability
  • Complete understanding of building codes
  • Thorough design system knowledgePreferred Qualifications Include:
    • A Professional Engineering License (or equivalent experience)
    • PMP Certification
    • LEED Accreditation
    • Experience with CAD and REVITInterface Benefits and Perks:
      • Highly competitive total compensation packages. The annual salary range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000 annually.
      • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance. Interface pays 80% of employee and dependents medical premiums. Interface pays 100% of employee dental and vision premiums and 80% of the dental and vision premiums for employee and dependents.
      • Paid Time Off (PTO) - 20 days of paid time off per year. Accrual begins on your first day of work.
