Pump Shop Repair ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Pump Shop Repair Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pump repair and rotating equipment, excellent technical and communication skills, and a proven track record in managing QA/QC programs. -Pump Shop Repair Manager Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance for shop overhauls
• Compile and develop technical reports on equipment
• Manage the QA/QC Program
• Prepare work scopes, material lists, and execution plans
• Maintain customer accounts
• Review, check, modify, and implement weld procedures
• Recommend and design upgrades and material changes
• Mentor and educate technicians
• Actively participate in process improvementPump Shop Repair Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • 10 years of experience as a Repair Engineer in a Rotating Equipment Repair Shop or Pump Manufacturing Center
  • Experience in mechanical and/or pump hydraulic design
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and SolidWorks
