Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Client Manager to manage and
expand relationships with business clients focused on treasury
management and enterprise payments.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with partners to expand and retain business clients'
cash management services
Prepare and review agreements while adhering to risk policies and
conducting necessary research
Work with the Implementation Specialist Team on complex client
implementations and ensure client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
3 or more years of banking or cash management experience
Demonstrated success in a customer service environment
Strong analytical and data mining skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint
