Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engineering Operations Manager
responsible for leading DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering teams to
promote operational excellence
Develop strategies to enhance system reliability, scalability, and
performance
Oversee CI/CD pipeline implementation and manage compliance efforts
including SOC 2
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading DevOps, SRE, and infrastructure
engineering teams
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD
processes
Hands-on expertise with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and
Terraform
Experience with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS and SOC 2
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
practical experience
