Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader.We are hiring a Procurement Manager (Category lead) for Technology (Cloud Operations, Engineering) & SaaS (IT) procurement. You will manage the procurement of software spend - SaaS, PaaS, IAAS applications and are responsible for driving the global strategy around use and operations of the procure-to-pay and SaaS lifecycle management (utilization) processes.This position can be based hybrid in San Jose or Remote. You will report to the Senior Procurement Manager of Technology and you will be responsible for:

• Primary negotiator for initiatives and guides sourcing events (RFx), cost analysis/benchmarking, selection process, negotiation, contract strategy and vendor management.
• Owning the end-to-end process of managing multiple projects and stakeholders as an individual contributor on a team supporting the technology category with the ability to present (formally and informally) to stakeholders, legal, finance, leadership team, etc.
• Develops thorough category and vendor management strategies and manages overall vendor performance including acting as an escalation point in the event of non-performance.
• Embrace a team mentality & work within a cross-cultural, multi-country environment to collaborate and perform, including supporting the development of other team members (Specialists).
• Functional Knowledge of Procurement processes: Category Planning, Contract Lifecycle Management, SaaS Application Management & Optimization, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM).What We're Looking for (Minimum Requirements):
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing within a software, IT, or Technology category, working on contracts ranging from $25K-$10M+.
  • Experience with using and/or implementing Procurement/Sourcing solutions (e.g. Coupa, CLM, etc.)What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
    • Procurement or Project Management experience and developing process or part of an early-stage Strategic Sourcing team at a Tech Company.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft & Google Office Suite.
    • Experience presenting to C-suite.
