Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managing Director, Originations -
Lender Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Originate new asset-backed opportunities through external networks
and internal referrals
Create term sheets and manage underwriting requirements in
collaboration with the Transaction Management team
Negotiate with customers and manage documentation requirements
through closing
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related
field
10+ years' experience in commercial banking originating new
asset-backed transactions
Strong understanding of credit concepts and collateral attributes,
including experience with financial modeling
MBA preferred
10+ years originating specialty finance opportunities
