A company is looking for a Director of Philanthropy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Philanthropy Officers to cultivate and solicit
high-net-worth individuals and foundations
Develop and execute strategies for donor cultivation, solicitation,
and stewardship
Collaborate with leadership to create individualized strategies for
top-tier donors and maintain compliance with financial and legal
requirements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising, with 5+ years in
major gift fundraising
3+ years of direct management experience
Extensive experience with relational databases and data
analysis
High level of financial expertise for fundraising goal-setting and
budget preparation
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic
initiatives
