Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a brand and communications
strategy for the People Organization
Craft targeted messaging for People Org initiatives and ensure
alignment with employee segments
Develop go-to-market plans for initiatives, facilitating
cross-functional alignment and consistent messaging
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in internal communications, branding,
marketing, or related fields, preferably in HR
Experience creating internal communication campaigns and
go-to-market strategies in high-growth organizations
Ability to translate complex programs into clear narratives for
diverse employee audiences
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with
experience working cross-functionally
Analytical thinker with experience measuring communication
effectiveness and optimizing engagement
