Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams in financial implementations,
particularly with Oracle Financial systems
Develop and execute long-term strategic plans aligned with
organizational goals
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure
program success
Required Qualifications
Experience with financial implementations, preferably Oracle
Financial
Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA, PowerApps,
and PowerBI
Familiarity with PMBOK, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall,
Scrum/Agile methodologies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate
cross-functional teams
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
effectively
