Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of onboarding and professional
development programming for contract Professional Learning
Specialists
Establish best practices for training development and ensure
high-quality training materials
Monitor contractor performance and foster a collaborative culture
to support professional growth
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of PreK-12 classroom teaching
experience
Experience designing and facilitating professional development
sessions for educators
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and transformational
coaching strategies
Proven time management skills and experience managing large-scale
projects
Exceptional professionalism and proficiency with technology-based
productivity tools
