Job Description:

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Care Manager to provide high-quality mental health care for children and adolescents.



Key Responsibilities

Screen and assess patients for mental health disorders, facilitating engagement and follow-up care
Provide patient education on mental health disorders and treatment options while tracking treatment responses
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans and coordinate referrals to community resources


Required Qualifications

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or advanced practice psychiatric practitioner (NP)
Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience with children and adolescents
Experience in delivering brief psychosocial evidence-based treatments
Experience with care coordination and screening for mental health disorders
Strong skills in treatment planning and collaboration in a team setting
