Job Description:
A company is looking for a Takwane Transcription Team Manager to
oversee a team of transcribers and manage transcription projects
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor team progress and performance to ensure timely project
completion
Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training transcribers
Communicate regularly and troubleshoot issues reported by
transcribers
Required Qualifications
Full proficiency in the Takwane language (ISO: tke_latn_mz)
Professional experience in Linguistics, Translation, Transcription,
or localization preferred
Proficiency in computer skills, including MAC and PC platforms,
Microsoft Applications, and G Suite
Ability to onboard within two weeks
Experience using Upwork is preferred
