About the Role:Want to help scale one of the world's most transformative AI companies? Anthropic is seeking an exceptional Go-To-Market Recruiter to join our world-class recruiting team. You'll spearhead strategic hiring initiatives across our US-based Sales, Revenue Operations, Technical Sales, and Partnerships teams. In this pivotal role, you'll shape the future of our GTM organization by building thoughtful, data-driven recruiting processes while maintaining the highest quality standards in a rapidly evolving landscape.Responsibilities:

• Design creative recruiting strategies to scale our GTM functions while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Build data-driven systems to monitor recruiting effectiveness and pipeline health
• Create diverse candidate pipelines through innovative sourcing strategies
• Partner with GTM leadership to understand hiring needs and implement effective processes
• Develop and refine role-specific interview processes that set candidates up for success
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and build diverse talent pipelines
• Create seamless experiences for both candidates and hiring teams
• Build Anthropic's reputation as an employer of choice in the AI and technology communityYou may be a good fit if you:
  • Have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong track record in GTM recruitment within high-growth environments
  • Are an exceptional communicator who can navigate complex stakeholder relationships with ease
  • Excel at building scalable recruiting processes and metrics-driven operations
  • Are proficient with modern recruiting tools including Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered sourcing platforms
  • Have successfully hired across all GTM levels, from early career to senior leadership
  • Demonstrate commitment to equitable hiring practices
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and embrace ambiguity while maintaining exceptionally high hiring standardsStrong candidates may also:
