Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the initial
stages of the employee life cycle and enhance the onboarding
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and distribute offer letters and manage the onboarding
process
Support employee engagement programs and promote company values
Ensure compliance with employment laws and collaborate with
department heads on employee needs
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of experience as an HR coordinator/generalist with a focus
on relationship building
Experience in managing onboarding processes within a
remote/distributed company
Proficiency in HRIS and ATS reporting
Experience with ADP, TriNet, or Deel preferred
HR certification with a focus on Canada or the US is preferred
