Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Services Rep to serve as the
first point of contact for HR inquiries and support.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and respond to incoming electronic requests and calls
related to HR systems
Research and respond to basic HR questions, maintaining records of
transactions
Support and educate employees in using HR applications and
troubleshoot non-technical inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
0-2 years of human resources or customer service experience
Experience with human capital management systems or call tracking
systems is a plus
