Our AI agents provide a human-like customer support experience that enables enterprises to better serve their customers and efficiently manage their customer experience organizations.We've raised $100M in total funding from Bain Capital Ventures, Accel, a16z, BOND Capital, A*, Elad Gil, and notable angels, including the founders of Box, Airtable, Rippling, Okta, Lattice, and Klaviyo.About the Role:Decagon is looking to hire our first GTM Recruiter who will be responsible for scaling our GTM function, (AEs, SDRs, Marketing, etc.) In this role you will partner closely with GTM Leadership and own the candidate funnel from end-to-end in building a world class GTM organizationYou may be a good fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience hiring GTM or sales professionals in a talent dense organization
• Have operated in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates
• Understand how to partner with GTM Leaders and Founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the companyEven better if you:
  • Have deep knowledge on the GTM market and an expansive network within it
  • Understand how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts
