Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Advocate - Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer interactions and troubleshoot urgent issues within
the Perform application
Educate and counsel customers to enable self-sufficient system
usage
Document and manage cases, ensuring timely responses and adherence
to productivity goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years of equivalent business
experience required
1-2 years of experience supporting customers via phone
1-2 years of multi-channel customer service experience
Familiarity with HCM software and troubleshooting software
configurations
Effective organizational skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented
position
