Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support a leading
health insurance customer in a remote contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts HR investigations, including planning, interviewing, and
reporting findings
Advises management and employees on HR policies and employee
relations issues
Analyzes employee relations data trends to mitigate risks and
support company culture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 7 years of relevant work experience in lieu of
a degree
3 years of experience in employee relations, performance
management, and workplace investigations
Familiarity with federal employment laws and regulations
Knowledge of FMLA, Americans with Disabilities Act, and Title VII
protections
