Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Trainer III to deliver
technical training on gaming systems.
Key Responsibilities
Teaches customers the Revenue Audit and reconciliation process
within their casino environment
Delivers technical classes at customer sites and/or regional
offices
Collaborates on the research and development of new support
materials and courses
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of experience training adult learners in technical
areas
Proficiency with the product suite, particularly Machine Accounting
and EZPay
Experience with IGT products and machines
Ability to obtain necessary licensing for travel
Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365
