Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Payroll Coordinator
responsible for preparing and inputting payroll data using an
automated system.
Key Responsibilities
Audit time and attendance for accuracy and resolve
inconsistencies
Process payroll calculations including overtime, tax deductions,
and special payments
Maintain compliance with payroll policies, procedures, and
regulations
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
preferred
Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience required
Preferred: Certified Payroll Professional credential
Proficient in Microsoft applications and automated payroll
systems
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain
confidentiality
