Job Description:
Committed to superior customer service, we are looking for a
reliable, enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter to work in our
Customer Service Department. The ideal candidate must have great
telephone and clerical skills as well as a willingness to handle a
variety of tasks. Accurate data entry and meticulous work habits
are essential.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
?Answer incoming telephone calls from customers
?Assist customers with general product questions or concerns
?Receive, verify and process phone, e-mail, and fax orders in an
accurate and timely manner
?Handle written or verbal customer; inquiries, pricing, concerns,
questions, requests, etc. in a timely, professional, and courteous
manner
?Provide positive and effective communication with customers, sales
representatives, co-workers and managers to resolve, coordinate,
expedite and follow through on orders, customer's concerns or
questions
?Perform other tasks and duties as needed
Qualifications:
?Customer service oriented with a patient and pleasant phone
personality with an enthusiastic attitude to help customers and the
ability to manage and exceed customer expectations for support
?Attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
?Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English is
essential
?Experience in office administration, sales support or customer
service in a business-to-business environment preferred
?Ability to work well within a team environment as a team player
and can also work independently
?Have the ability to perform multiple tasks, prioritize and manage
your time efficiently
?Computer knowledge on MS Office is required
?Must be a quick learner to learn and understand within a few
weeks
?Punctual and reliable
