Senior Software Maintenance Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Software Maintenance Engineer specializing in Ceph and OpenShift Data Foundations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding Ceph Storage and OpenShift Data Foundations
Deliver exceptional customer support by troubleshooting and resolving various technical issues
Collaborate with engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Solid Linux experience at RHCSA or RHCE level
Strong knowledge of containers and software-defined storage systems, specifically Ceph or OpenShift Data Foundations
Experience in technical support or customer-facing roles
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
