Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Manager, Process, Controls &
Compliance (Internal Controls, SOX, Internal Audit).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and guide direct reports while overseeing IT operational
audits and compliance
Participate in cross-functional initiatives, providing expertise on
IT processes, controls, and risk management
Collaborate with external auditors and management to ensure
effective corrective action plans and audit processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,
Accounting, Finance, or related field
Preferred certifications include CISA, CISM, CISSP, CPA, or CIA
10+ years of professional experience with at least 3 years in an
IT-related position
3+ years of audit experience in a public company or public
accounting firm
Knowledge of internal controls, cybersecurity, and risk management
processes
