• 5+ years in practice in business litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in business litigation matters, including contract disputes, partnership disputes, and corporate governance issues.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive legal documents, including motions, discovery documents, and pleadings.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Manage all aspects of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial and appeal.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on case progress and legal options.

      • The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $155,000 - $275,000 per year, with the final offer dependent on factors such as experience, job-related skills, qualifications, and location. -
      • Required to bill 1,750 hours annually.
