Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel, Contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and
privacy agreements
Advise internal business partners on legal matters related to
contracts and technology
Conduct legal research and assist in implementing new policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school; admitted/licensed
to practice law
4-8 years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts in
the life sciences industry
Prior experience with biotechnology or pharmaceutical companies
Experience with new product launches is preferred
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to the
pharmaceutical industry
