Job Description:
A company is looking for a Litigation & Regulatory Counsel to
join their Legal Team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage litigation and regulatory matters, including
strategy formulation and oversight of discovery processes
Identify legal risks associated with advanced technologies and
implement risk mitigation strategies
Support compliance functions to ensure adherence to legal
obligations and contribute to the scaling of the litigation
function
Required Qualifications
JD with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York
preferred)
7+ years of litigation and investigations experience in law firm,
in-house, or government roles
Experience with legal issues faced by AI and emerging tech
companies
Proven track record of managing complex litigation matters
Strong analytical skills to support cross-functional
collaboration
