Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel, Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales
agreements
Provide practical legal advice to Sales executives and internal
stakeholders on revenue transactions
Develop and maintain essential tools and resources for the
efficient functioning of the legal team
Required Qualifications
6+ years of transactional commercial legal experience, with at
least 4 years in public sector
JD from an accredited law school and active state bar
membership
Extensive experience with public sector commercial agreements and
regulations
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and commercial
negotiation best practices
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client demands in a
fast-paced environment
