A company is looking for a Litigation Support Attorney to defend
Lemon Law cases in California.
Key Responsibilities
Handle discovery responses, motion briefing, depositions, and trial
work
Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients
Negotiate fees with plaintiff's counsel
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in civil litigation with heavy
discovery and motions practice
Experience in trial and depositions
Admitted to the California bar
In-depth knowledge of California Lemon Law regulations and consumer
protection laws preferred
Superior drafting and writing skills
