A company is looking for a Managing Principal responsible for
leading an agency and driving growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and develop financial professionals and agency leaders
Manage the financial health and profitability of the agency
Create and communicate a vision for the agency while developing
lasting business relationships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Required
More than 10 years of financial services sales experience
required
FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required upon hire
Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CLU, or ChFC required upon
hire
Experience in needs-based sales in the affluent marketplace
