Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist ROI Bilingual.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients, patients, and requestors with the status of medical record requests via phone
Ensure accurate and detailed notes in Med-Release for all actions taken
Meet daily call goals and provide timely, accurate customer service

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of call center experience
2 years of customer service experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
