As a key member of our team, you'll help shape the future of our product used by thousands of users.In this role, you will be working on building and maintaining our design system, solving complex UX challenges with creative and streamlined flows, and establishing design guidelines that define our product's look and feel.Your Impact

  • Build, maintain, and evolve our design system, including component creation, documentation, and testing
  • Create smart and intuitive components in Figma that scale across our product
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality implementation
  • Provide design guidance and feedback to team members
  • Help establish design processes and guidelines that elevate our product's overall user experience
  • Design and deliver end-to-end product features that enhance user experienceYour Experience
    • Proven track record (minimum 4 years) in end-to-end product design for complex applications (please attach a link to your online portfolio - this is a crucial part in reviewing your application)
    • Strong experience with design systems, including creation, documentation, and maintenance
    • Advanced proficiency in Figma, particularly in creating scalable component libraries
    • Demonstrated ability to create organized, systematic design solutions
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-focused mindset
    • Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail
    • Team player with simple, direct and positive communication
    • Ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentNice to Have
      • Cyber Security knowledge - a big plus
      • Experience with component library documentation
      • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
