About the RoleProduct designers at Envoy lead the creation of
new products and the entire user experience of Envoy's products.
Fundamentally we believe that workplaces are better when they work
for people who use them. Product designers at Envoy push the

looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and lead the
design efforts for our workplace technology solutions. In this
role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, elegant, and
impactful experiences that enhance how employees interact with
their workspaces. You will work closely with cross-functional teams
including Product Management, Engineering, and Data Science to
translate user needs and business goals into thoughtful design
solutions.This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days a week
(Tuesday - Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ.You Will
- Lead Design Projects: Own the end-to-end design process, from
user research and concept development to prototyping, visual
design, and final execution. Ensure that all designs meet both user
needs and business objectives.
- User-Centered Design: Conduct user research, usability testing,
and data analysis to deeply understand user behavior and needs. Use
these insights to inform and iterate on design solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and
other stakeholders to align on project goals, timelines, and
deliverables. Act as a design advocate within cross-functional
teams.
- Design System: Contribute to and maintain Envoy's design
system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products
and touchpoints.
- Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, emerging
technologies, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to innovate
and push the boundaries of what's possible in workplace
technology.You Have
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS B2B product design, with a
strong portfolio showcasing your work in UX/UI design, particularly
in complex, data-driven environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions that
solve complex user-problems and enhance user engagement.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative
Suite, and prototyping tools. Strong understanding of front-end
development principles.
- Ability to tackle complex design challenges and distill them
into simple, intuitive user experiences.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe
Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Experience with design systems and a strong understanding of
UX/UI best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to articulate design decisions and influence
stakeholders.
- Experience working in an agile development environment and
collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing
designs that drive business impact.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer
Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical
experience.You Are

descriptionEnvoy's compensation package includes market competitive
salary, equity for all full time roles, and great benefits. If you
are located in San Francisco Bay Area, our expected cash
compensation for this role is $190,000 - $214,000 (Annually).Final
offers may vary within the range provided based on experience,
