Job Description:
A company is looking for a Brokerage Intake Specialist (call
taker, remote).
Key Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries
Perform data entry for ride and billing information and maintain
records
Assess client eligibility and manage ride requests and
assignments
Required Qualifications
Minimum one year experience in a call center or medical office
setting
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
Strong and reliable internet connection
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
