Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Programmatic.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement YouTube and display campaigns, including
account setup and strategy development
Manage campaign setup, optimization, and reporting while leading a
support team of Account Analysts
Assist with new business pitches and proposals, while proactively
improving processes and mentoring junior team members
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of related work experience in YouTube & programmatic
display
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and
Google Workspace
Experience managing TV, Video, and Display campaigns across various
platforms
Proven track record of collaborating with large, cross-functional
teams
