Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-time Operational Coordinator
(German-Speaking).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with market training managers to identify content for
migration into the Learning Management System
Work with commercialization deployment leads to provide operational
guidance and tools
Support the analysis and migration of learning content while
ensuring effective communication in German
Required Qualifications
Fluency in English and German
Proficiency in Excel, preferably with formulas
At least 3 years of customer service experience in a corporate
setting (preferred)
Understanding of learning and development teams and their materials
(preferred)
Availability to work during normal business hours in Central
European Standard Time
