Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Operations Coordinator, Success Center.



Key Responsibilities

Administer program operations and administrative services, including procurement, scheduling, and event management
Support contract processing and communication with contractors
Facilitate effective communication and outreach, including website updates and monthly newsletters


Required Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in administrative or coordinative support
Experience in an education or non-profit environment preferred
Familiarity with the Community College system is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Excel)
Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
