OverviewPDF is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the DFI team, who is responsible for Data Analysis and Apps Support. The Electrical Engineer is an organized and highly motivated team player with strong initiative and communication skills and possesses the drive to deliver quality results on time in a dynamic, multi-discipline, intensive and highly productive small team environment.Responsibilities

• Data analysis on the experiment inspection results in PDF Milpitas Lab to support tool development, apps development for new application etc.
• Run, modify & create inspection recipe based on the requirement of the inspection experiment.Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in electrical engineering. Degrees, such as statistics or IT-related discipline may work, depending on work experience.
• Must: Basic coding skills (S+, C++ or python).
  • Experience of data analysis using S+/R or python.
  • Experience with UNIX/Linux systems.
  • Must: Have some knowledge in semiconductor processes and basic failure mode.
  • Must: Proficiency in verbal and written in English, be able to communicate with employees in other offices in English conversation or e-mail.
  • Experience with the following is a plus:
  • Worked at least 3 years in semiconductor-related field, such as:
    • Be able to understand layout designs and concepts for each layer.
    • Yield or failure analysis in layout design.
    • Communication skills for interaction with clients as well as internal engineers, including creating presentations to describe the issue for debugging discussion.
    • Ability to work with remote development support to resolve issues at customer site for apps work in the case of urgency.Pay RangeUSD $120,000.00 - USD $170,000.00 /Yr.
